Article 29 2

2.   The power to adopt delegated acts referred to in Article 6(2), Article 7(4), Article 8(7), Article 9(3), Article 18(1), Article 19(2), Article 20(7), Article 22, Article 23(3) and Article 24(4) shall be conferred on the Commission for an indeterminate period of time from 11 March 2024.

The power to adopt delegated acts referred to in Article 16(13) shall be conferred on the Commission for an indeterminate period of time from 3 March 2025.
