Article 97 4

4.   In addition to the information requirements set out by the ECB in accordance with this Article, NCAs shall, on their own initiative, notify the ECB of any other NCA supervisory procedure which:

(a)

they consider material; or

(b)

may negatively affect the reputation of the SSM.
