Article 13 1.

Member States shall draw up, make available through the single digital entry point and regularly update the following lists:
(a)
the list of areas where a registration procedure applies in their territory, for the purposes of Article 7(1), point (c), and Article 8;
(b)
the list of areas for which competent authorities have requested data from providers of online short-term rental platforms, for the purposes of Article 9(1).

Article 13 2.

The competent authorities shall promote awareness of the rights and obligations under this Regulation in their respective territories.

Article 13 3.
|
Member States shall also make public, free of charge, the lists referred in paragraph 1.
