Article 17c 4.

Questions submitted to, or information requested from, a CCP by ESMA, the CCP’s competent authority or the members of the college referred to in Article 18 during periods for assessment under Articles 17, 17a, 17b, 49 and 49a shall be submitted and answered by the CCP via the central database.
