Article 308b 8.

Member States shall ensure that paragraphs 5, 6 and 7 of this Article shall apply mutatis mutandis to participating insurance and reinsurance undertakings, insurance holding companies and mixed financial holding companies at the level of the group pursuant to Articles 254 and 256, whereby the deadlines referred to in paragraphs 5, 6 and 7 shall be extended by six weeks respectively.
