The designated authorities and deposit guarantee schemes shall cooperate closely with the Board. Those designated authorities, deposit guarantee schemes and the Board shall provide each other with all of the information necessary for the performance of their respective tasks. The designated authorities and deposit guarantee schemes shall be subject to the requirements of professional secrecy laid down in Article 88.
