Article 30 5.

The Commission shall be empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 89 to specify:

(a) 

the procedures for requesting treatment as clients under paragraph 2;

(b) 

the procedures for obtaining the express confirmation from prospective counterparties under paragraph 3;

(c) 

the pre-determined proportionate requirements, including quantitative thresholds that would allow an undertaking to be considered to be an eligible counterparty under paragraph 3.
