Article 11 8.
The programmes of measures shall be reviewed, and if necessary updated at the latest 15 years after the date of entry into force of this Directive and every six years thereafter. Any new or revised measures established under an updated programme shall be made operational within three years of their establishment. As regards Mayotte, the time limit referred to in the first subparagraph shall be 22 December 2021.
