Article 27 3.
Where there is evidence that the vessel has fished in breach of the CCAMLR conservation measures, the competent authorities in the port Member State shall not authorise the landing or transhipment of the catch. The port Member State shall notify the flag State of its findings and cooperate with it in carrying out an investigation into the alleged breach and, where appropriate, applying the penalties provided for under national law.
