Article 4 6.

The Commission shall adopt implementing acts which lay down the operational characteristics, roles and procedures for the European RIS Environment and which identify its operating entity, based on the principles for RIS technical specifications set out in point 6 of Annex II, to ensure their uniform implementation throughout the Union. Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 11(2).
