Article 13 4.
The Commission shall obtain and make publicly available the opinion of the forum on the proposed content of the BAT reference documents and shall take into account this opinion for the procedures laid down in paragraph 5. The opinion of the forum referred to in the first subparagraph shall be submitted within six months of the final meeting of the technical working group responsible for that BAT reference document.
