Article 16 Legal status

Article 16 1.	ACER shall be a Union body with legal personality.
Article 16 2.	In each Member State, ACER shall enjoy the most extensive legal capacity accorded to legal persons under national law. It shall, in particular, be able to acquire or dispose of movable and immovable property and be a party to legal proceedings.
Article 16 3.	ACER shall be represented by its Director.
Article 16 4.	The seat of ACER shall be Ljubljana, Slovenia.
