Article 13a 1.
Starting from the reporting period of the year 2023, Member States shall monitor the data specified in Part A of Annex IV relating to new heavy-duty vehicles registered for the first time in the Union. By 30 September of each year, starting in 2020, the competent authorities of the Member States shall report those data for the previous reporting period of 1 July to 30 June to the Commission in accordance with the reporting procedure set out in Annex V.
