Article 13c 1.
The Commission shall keep a central register for the data on heavy-duty vehicles (‘the central register’) reported pursuant to Articles 13a and 13b. The central register shall be publicly available with the exception of data entries listed in point 3.2 of Annex V. The air drag value shall be made publicly available in a range format as set out in Part C of Annex IV.
