Article 30 7.

In order to mobilise private financing for energy efficiency measures and energy renovation and to contribute to the achievement the Union’s energy efficiency targets and of the national contributions pursuant to Article 4 of this Directive and of the objectives in Directive 2010/31/EU, the Commission shall conduct a dialogue with both public and private financial institutions, as well as relevant specific sectors in order to map out needs and possible actions it can take.
