Article 17 1.

Where an addressee considers that compliance with a European Production Order would conflict with an obligation under the applicable law of a third country, it shall inform the issuing authority and the enforcing authority of its reasons for not executing the European Production Order, in accordance with the procedure set out in Article 10(8) and (9) using the form set out in Annex III (‘the reasoned objection’).
