Article 11Article 11 1. The Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. 2. This Regulation shall cease to apply to radioactive waste on 1 January 1994. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
