Artykuł 86 3.Jednakże w odniesieniu do następujących przepisów stosuje się następujące daty rozpoczęcia stosowania:
a)
art. 83 pkt 4, 5 i 6 stosuje się od dnia 20 sierpnia 2020 r.;
b)
art. 2 ust. 2 lit. i), art. 7 ust. 10, art. 11 ust. 5, art. 14 ust. 3, art. 15 ust. 6, art. 18 ust. 15, art. 27 ust. 2 i 5, art. 29 ust. 3 i 6, art. 31, 41–43, 45, art. 51 ust. 7, art. 61 ust. 7, art. 66, art. 79–82 oraz art. 83 pkt 1–3 stosuje się od dnia 20 maja 2024 r.;
c)
art. 39 ust. 1 lit. d) stosuje się od dnia 21 listopada 2026 r.;
d)
art. 38 ust. 2 lit. b), art. 40, art. 44 ust. 2 lit. a), art. 46 i 47 stosuje się od dnia 21 maja 2027 r., z wyjątkiem art. 40 ust. 3 lit. b), który stosuje się od dnia 21 maja 2026 r.
e)
art. 73 stosuje się od dnia 1 stycznia 2026 r. 1. Przegląd
