Für die IT-Systeme SOLLTE eine proaktive Instandhaltung durchgeführt werden, in der in festgelegten Intervallen vorbeugende Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen durchgeführt werden. Ergänzend zu der regelmäßigen Wartung und der proaktiven Instandhaltung SOLLTE je IT-Komponente abgewogen werden, ob eine vorausschauende Instandhaltung (engl. Predictive Maintenance) genutzt wird.
