The consultation between competent authorities and AML/CFT competent authority of the Member State where the application for the establishment of the TCB has been submitted (Article 48c(5) CRD), should take place in accordance with the EBA guidelines on cooperation between competent authorities and AML/CFT supervisors and FIUs³² .
