Article 14a 8.

The Commission shall, by 5 March 2026, adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 44 to supplement this Regulation by specifying the reduced content and the standardised format and sequence for the EU Follow-on prospectus.

Those delegated acts shall be based on Annexes IV and V.
