Article 52 Communication with the Union parent undertaking

Article 52 1.	The group-level resolution authority shall ensure regular interaction and cooperation with the Union parent undertaking to enhance the efficient and effective functioning of the resolution college.
Article 52 2.	The group-level resolution authority shall communicate to the Union parent undertaking the establishment of the resolution college and a list of its members and observers, as well as any change to the members and observers of the resolution college.
