Article 19 7.For the purpose of credit agreements, database providers shall have processes in place to ensure that information contained in their databases is up-to-date and accurate. Member States shall ensure that consumers are informed:
(a)
within 30 days of the registration of any arrears in repayment of credit in a database; and
(b)
