Article 4 4.By way of derogation, paragraphs 1 and 3 shall not apply:
(a)
to existing terminals with a throughput of less than 10 000 tonnes/year and;
(b)
to new terminals with a throughput of less than 5 000 tonnes/year located in small remote islands. Member States shall inform the Commission of terminals concerned by such a derogation. 1. Visão geral
