Article 4 2.In accordance with the criteria referred to in paragraph 7, measurement is mandatory in the following zones:
(a)
zones and agglomerations in which levels are between the upper and the lower assessment threshold, and
(b)
other zones and agglomerations where levels exceed the upper assessment threshold. The measurements provided for may be supplemented by modelling techniques to provide an adequate level of information on ambient air quality. 1. Visão geral
