Article 13d Fees for online procedures

Article 13d 1.	Member States shall ensure that the rules on fees applicable to the online procedures referred to in this Chapter are transparent and are applied in a non-discriminatory manner.
Article 13d 2.	Any fees for online procedures charged by the registers referred to in Article 16 shall not exceed the recovery of the costs of providing such services.
