Article 101 Meetings of the Management Board

Article 101 1.
|
Meetings of the Management Board shall be convened by its Chairperson.
|
|
Article 101 2.
|
The Management Board shall hold at least two ordinary meetings a year. In addition it shall meet at the request of the Chairperson, of the Commission or of at least one third of its members.
|

Article 101 3.
|
The Executive Director of the Agency shall take part in the deliberations, without the right to vote.
|
|
Article 101 4.
|
The members of the Management Board may, in accordance with its Rules of Procedure, be assisted by their advisers or experts.
|
|
Article 101 5.
|
The Management Board may invite any person whose opinion might be of interest to attend its meetings with observer status.
|
|
Article 101 6.
|
The Agency shall provide the secretariat for the Management Board.
