Article 5 4a.

For contributions allocated to the Joint Undertaking in accordance with paragraphs 3 and 4 of this Article, Article 158 of Regulation (EU, Euratom) 2024/2509 of the European Parliament and of the Council ( 3 ) is applicable. Where such additional Union contributions relate to the pillar referred to in Article 4(1), point (i), one or more of the members other than the Union shall make additional contributions commensurate to the amount of the Union contributions.
