Article 98 2

2.   Subject to paragraph 1, draft supervisory decisions shall be sent to the ECB prior to being addressed to less significant supervised entities if such decisions:

(a)

relate to the removal of members of the management boards of the less significant supervised entities and the appointment of special managers; or

(b)

have a significant impact on the less significant supervised entity.
