Article 4 Prohibition of the application of organotin compounds which act as biocidesArticle 4 Prohibition of the application of organotin compounds which act as biocides As from 1 July 2003, organotin compounds which act as biocides in anti-fouling systems shall not be applied or re-applied on ships.
