Article 31 (b)noting the accomplishment of the grouping's purpose or the impossibility of pursuing it further. Where, three months after one of the situation referred to in the first subparagraph has occurred, a members' decision establishing the winding up of the grouping has not been taken, any member may petition the court to order winding up. 3. A grouping must also be wound up by a decision of its members or of the remaining member when the conditions laid down in Article 4 (2) are no longer fulfilled. 4. After a grouping has been wound up by decision of its members, the manager or managers must take the steps required as listed in Articles 7 and 8.
