KWG § 53t DLT-Abwicklungssysteme und DLT-Handels- und Abwicklungssysteme
Die Vorschriften dieses Gesetzes über Zentralverwahrer sind auch auf DLT-Abwicklungssysteme im Sinne des Artikels 2 Nummer 7 der Verordnung (EU) 2022/858 und auf solche DLT-Handels- und Abwicklungssysteme im Sinne des Artikels 2 Nummer 10 der Verordnung (EU) 2022/858 anzuwenden, die auf einer Erlaubnis nach der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 909/2014 beruhen.
