Nämä ohjeet annetaan Euroopan valvontaviranomaisen (Euroopan pankkiviranomainen) perustamisesta annetun asetuksen (EU) N:o 1093/2010, Euroopan valvontaviranomaisen (Euroopan vakuutus- ja lisäeläkeviranomainen) perustamisesta annetun asetuksen (EU) N:o 1094/2010 ja Euroopan valvontaviranomaisen (Euroopan arvopaperimarkkinaviranomainen) perustamisesta annetun asetuksen (EU) N:o 1095/2010 (Euroopan valvontaviranomaisten asetukset) 16 artiklan nojalla1 .

Euroopan valvontaviranomaiset antavat nämä ohjeet asetuksen (EU) 2022/25542 , jäljempänä ’DORA-asetus’, 32 artiklan 7 kohdan perusteella, jonka mukaan Euroopan valvontaviranomaiset antavat Euroopan valvontaviranomaisten ja toimivaltaisten viranomaisten välistä yhteistyötä koskevia ohjeita, jotka kattavat

  • • yksityiskohtaiset menettelyt ja edellytykset tehtävien jakamiseksi toimivaltaisten viranomaisten ja Euroopan valvontaviranomaisten välillä ja
  • • yksityiskohtaiset tiedot tietojenvaihdosta, jota tarvitaan toimivaltaisten viranomaisten välillä, jotta voidaan varmistaa kriittisille TVT-palveluntarjoajana oleville kolmansille osapuolille 35 artiklan 1 kohdan d alakohdan mukaisesti osoitettujen suositusten jatkotoimet.
