Article 461a 3.

By 10 July 2026, EBA shall submit a report to the European Parliament, to the Council and to the Commission on the implementation of international standards on own funds requirements for market risk in third countries.

On the basis of that report, the Commission shall, where appropriate, submit to the European Parliament and to the Council a legislative proposal, in order to ensure a global level playing field.
