Article 27 2aa.
Where a benchmark or family of benchmarks includes in its legal or marketing documentation any reference to the consideration of ESG factors, the administrator shall publish, by means that ensure fair and easy access, an explanation of how ESG factors are reflected for each of the elements referred to in paragraph 2. For a benchmark or family of benchmarks that are subject to the publication of a benchmark statement pursuant to paragraph 1, that explanation shall be included in that benchmark statement.
