Article 249 1a.
Where a supervisory authority has not communicated relevant information or a request for cooperation, in particular to exchange relevant information, has been rejected or has not been acted upon within two weeks, the supervisory authorities may refer the matter to EIOPA. Where the matter is referred to it, EIOPA may, without prejudice to Article 258 TFEU, act in accordance with the powers conferred on it by Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No 1094/2010.
