Article 6 3.
The competent authorities shall assess whether the application referred to in paragraph 2 is complete within 15 working days of receipt of the application. The competent authorities shall set a time limit by which the applicant is to provide additional information, if the application is not complete. After the application is considered to be complete, the competent authorities shall notify the applicant accordingly.
