Article 11 4.

Within three months of receipt of the draft methodologies, Member States may deliver their opinions to the ENTSO for Electricity and the ENNOH and the Commission. To facilitate the consultation, the Commission may organise specific meetings of the Groups to discuss the draft methodologies.
