Article 23 2.
Where the resolution authority considers that it is clear that institutions or groups pose similar risks to the financial system or that the circumstances in which their liquidation is unlikely to be feasible are similar, that resolution authority may conduct the assessment of the feasibility and credibility of the liquidation of those institutions or groups in a similar or identical manner. The types of institutions referred to in the first subparagraph may in particular be determined in accordance with the criteria referred to in Article 98(1)(j) of Directive 2013/36/EU.
