Article 11 1b.
The arrangements for deferred publication in respect of structured finance products or emission allowances, or classes thereof, traded on a trading venue shall be organised pursuant to the regulatory technical standards referred to in paragraph 4, point (g). When the period of deferral lapses, all the details of the transactions on an individual basis shall be published.
