Article 27a 4.
The centre shall make its findings public, subject to the restrictions laid down in Article 4(1) and (2) of Directive 2003/4/EC. The Commission shall adopt an implementing act setting out the detailed arrangements necessary for the establishment and functioning of the centre. That implementing act shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 75(2).
