Article 7a 1.

The Agency shall produce and publish a daily LNG price assessment and a daily LNG benchmark. For the purpose of the LNG price assessment and the LNG benchmark, the Agency shall systematically collect and process LNG market data on transactions. The price assessment shall where appropriate take into account regional differences and market conditions.
