Article 3 3c.

Member States shall not grant direct financial support for:

(a) 

the use of saw logs, veneer logs, industrial grade roundwood, stumps and roots to produce energy;

(b) 

the production of renewable energy from the incineration of waste, unless the separate collection obligations laid down in Directive 2008/98/EC have been complied with.
