Article 19d 4.

Paragraph 1 shall apply to investment in new generation of electricity from the following sources:

(a) 

wind energy;

(b) 

solar energy;

(c) 

geothermal energy;

(d) 

hydropower without reservoir;

(e) 

nuclear energy.
