The Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 34 to amend this Directive by adapting to technical progress the values, calculation methods, default primary energy coefficients and the requirements referred to in Article 31 and in Annexes II, III, V, VIII to XII, and XIV.
