in Article 2, point (a) is replaced by the following:

‘(a)

issue opinions and recommendations addressed to transmission system operators, the ENTSO for Electricity, the ENTSO for Gas, the European Network of Network Operators for Hydrogen (ENNOH), the EU DSO entity, regional coordination centres, nominated electricity market operators, and entities established by transmission system operators for natural gas, LNG system operators, natural gas storage system operators or hydrogen storage operators or hydrogen network operators;’
