Article 13a 5.

The Central Administrator shall carry out the operations necessary for the purposes of paragraph 2, point (a), and paragraphs 3 and 4 of this Article in the Union Registry established pursuant to Article 40 of Regulation (EU) 2018/1999 (the ‘Union Registry’).
