Article 5 9.

In order to ensure uniform conditions for the implementation of this Article, the Commission shall, by means of implementing acts, adopt the procedural modalities and the documents of a standard format, including their possible means. Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 11(3).
