Article 1
Article 1 Special measures of Community interest relating to energy strategy are hereby introduced in 1984 for the Federal Republic of Germany and the United Kingdom. The Community shall grant financial assistance under this Regulation of an estimated 255 million ECU in favour of the United Kingdom and an estimated 201 million ECU in favour of the Federal Republic of Germany.
