By 26 December 2016, the ESAs, through the Joint Committee, shall issue an opinion on the risks of money laundering and terrorist financing affecting the Union's financial sector (the ‘joint opinion’). ►M2  Thereafter, EBA shall issue an opinion every two years. ◄
